Bullet Journaling and Art Journaling for Everyone

Creativity, organization, better living, ease, and relaxation. Things we all want. How to have these things? With Bullet Journaling and Art Journaling, (aka Visual Journaling, you will see I use the 2 interchangeably). That’s how.

Don’t let the names or the fact you may not know a thing about these types of journals intimidate you

because I’m here to dispell any preconceived notions that these journals are difficult, costly, and not useful. No, none of that is true. As a matter of fact, I believe these journals will bring you happiness, self-compassion, and a sense of freedom. That is why people use and love journals.

Yes, there are those among us who seem a bit obsessed. If you love pens and paper and have more than 3 empty journals waiting to be used, you might be among our ranks.

However, it’s not necessary to love stationary to benefit from journaling.

You need not even like to write, like your handwriting, think you’re creative, or believe you’re an artist in any way.

I’m going to help you get started with the skills you have right now, just the way you are. The best part about these journals? You’re the boss! There are no rules but I will give you guidelines and ideas, you keep what works and toss the rest. I bet you breathed a sigh of relief right there, didn’t you?
